Tour Leader Academy Graduates 32 Aspiring Professional Tour Leaders in the 2026 Batch 1 Graduation

Jakarta, 4 May 2026 — Driven by the spirit of “From Hobby to Profession,” Tour Leader Academy (TLA), part of SHW Journey Group, has once again graduated 32 aspiring professional tour leaders through the Tour Leader Academy Batch 1 2026 Graduation Ceremony held at Swiss-Belinn Cawang.

The Graduation Ceremony marked the beginning of the graduates' journey in turning their passion for travel into a professional career. The event was attended by Widyo Dedy Nugroho (Founder & CEO of SHW Journey Group), Wilson H. Malau (Chief Operating Officer), Aditya Nur Irawan (Chief Financial Officer), as well as active Hobiholidays Tour tour leaders who also serve as instructors at Tour Leader Academy.

Over the course of three months, participants were equipped with training in tour management, group management, essential English, crisis management, international itineraries, public speaking, service excellence, personal branding, travel simulations, field practice, on-bus practice, and sharing sessions with industry practitioners.

Tour Leader Academy's strength lies in its industry-based learning approach, where all materials are taught directly by active Hobiholidays Tour tour leaders who regularly accompany domestic and international tours. Participants not only learn theory but also gain real-world experience through case studies and simulations.

At the end of the event, Widyo Dedy Nugroho presented graduation certificates to all participants. Equipped with the competencies they have gained, the graduates are expected to be ready to accompany travelers to various destinations and build careers as professional tour leaders.
