SHW Journey Group Strengthens Ecosystem Synergy Through the “One SHW Group: Ecosystem Synergy Driven by Integrated Technology & AI” Workshop
Jakarta, 12–13 June 2026 — SHW Journey Group held the “One SHW Group: Ecosystem Synergy Driven by Integrated Technology & AI” Workshop as part of the company's strategic effort to strengthen collaboration among its business units while preparing an organizational transformation toward an increasingly integrated travel ecosystem powered by technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
The two-day workshop was held at Fairfield by Marriott Hotel and attended by management as well as representatives from all of SHW Journey Group's business units.
Carrying the spirit of “One SHW Group,” the workshop served as a strategic forum to unify vision, strengthen synergy, and align the direction of business development amid an increasingly dynamic tourism industry. Through cross-unit collaboration, SHW Journey Group is committed to building an interconnected and adaptive business ecosystem capable of delivering the best experience for customers.
The event began with an official opening, followed by a session on Macro Economic & Financial Performance of SHW Group, providing an overview of the company's business conditions as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by the tourism industry. The workshop then continued with several strategic sessions on the application of technology and artificial intelligence in supporting company operations, strengthening organizational culture, human resource development, and product innovation across business units.
All of SHW Journey Group's business units actively participated in the workshop through presentation sessions on their respective strategies and development plans, including Hobiholidays Tour, Master Visa, Eurodream, Tour Leader Academy, Voyago, Dreampod, and Hobi Education. This forum became a space for each unit to share achievements, challenges, and development plans to support the overall growth of SHW Journey Group.
One of the workshop's main focuses was how technology and artificial intelligence can be leveraged to create more integrated business processes, improve operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration between business units, and deliver faster, more accurate, and more personalized service to customers. In addition to discussing business strategy, the workshop also featured a Town Hall session with the Founder & CEO, providing an open dialogue between management and all participants. On the second day, the workshop focused on developing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and the 2026–2027 Action Plan for each business unit. All participants worked together to align targets, strategic priorities, and implementation steps that will guide the company's work programs for the upcoming period. The event concluded with a session to align workshop outcomes, closing remarks from the Founder & CEO, and a group photo as a symbol of the commitment of everyone at SHW Journey Group to move forward together toward a shared vision.
